Many of my clients have been concerned about market fluctuations for quite some time now and I frequently get asked which way I think the market will go. Without having a crystal ball (which is what it takes) I cannot make those predictions for them! However I do know that Japan’s market is still trying to make a comeback after 20 years. For those of you reading this that might be in your 20′s or 30′s you may have the “time horizon” to grow back your retirement accounts.
But if you are in your 40′s, 50′s+ you simply may not have the time to recoup any market losses you have experienced.
In order to address these concerns I offer several retirement options. Life Settlements for instance is a great alternative. Precious metals are another such option. They are highly liquid with good anticipated growth. After all, gold & silver have been around longer than any of us have!
Real estate investing is another. We are in a perfect market to utilize single family and multi-family properties for our own portfolio growth. I have been an investor for 8 years now and love passive investment income from real estate.
And, last but certainly not least in terms of retirement options would be cash value life insurance policies as well as fixed index annuities.
All good options, and I personally feel they are a better solution for growing your money…..
